1lb lean ground beef
Romaine Lettuce Leafs
1 c Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
1 red Bell Pepper
1 yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 c onion
Chili powder
Garlic salt
Pepper
 
other options:
Cheese
Cilantro
Chopped olives
Chopped Jalapeno
Avocado
 
1. Brown the meat and season with Chili powder, garlic salt and pepper to your liking.
2. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips and sautee in a pan with cooking spray. 
3. Measure the amount of meat that you need for your protein and add it to a leaf of lettuce. (4.5 oz = 3 blocks, 6.5 oz = 5 blocks)
4. Top with bell pepper, tomato and onion.
5. Enjoy!
