Protein packed, flour free pancakes

Delicious!!!!!
1/8 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
1 scoop choco protein powder

Blend together till smooth . Batter will be thin. Cook till golden brown each side. Slice 1 med banana and drizzle w 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup. 38g protein 33g carbs 3g fat and delicious!  I didn't do the maple syrup and it was great.

5.2 Block of Protein
4.5 Block of Carb
1 Block of Fat

To balance it out add some 4 walnuts to the side. = 5 Block meal, cut down as needed
